Job Description

Expertise in technical indicators, chart patterns, and quantitative methods used for forecasting market trends, crucial for a CMT Level 3 candidate.

Risk Management: Strong knowledge of risk management strategies and techniques, as it s a key focus in CMT Level 3.

Financial Markets Expertise: Deep understanding of various asset classes (equities, bonds, derivatives, etc.), along with how global events affect markets.

Statistical Analysis & Modeling: Ability to analyze and interpret financial data using statistical tools and models.

Python Programming: Proficiency in Python, specifically in libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and possibly PyAlgoTrade or Zipline for backtesting strategies.

Quantitative Research: Strong skills in developing quantitative trading strategies, portfolio optimization, and factor-based analysis.

Data Visualization: Experience with visualizing market data trends through Python tools or other visualization libraries.

Backtesting & Strategy Development: Hands-on experience with creating, backtesting, and refining trading models using Python.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, particularly in applying technical analysis to real-world scenarios.

Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate complex technical analysis and trading strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
