Senior Quality Assurance Engineer - Manual Testing (6-8 yrs)

Primary Responsibilities :

1. Ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

2. Perform manual testing to ensure product meets specialized requirements.

3. Revisit the Regression Suite To guarantee it appropriately covers all important functionality and latest changes in the program, therefore ensuring excellent so ware quality.

4. Review the test cases written and executed by the manual testers.

5. Mentor junior QA Engineers and share best practices.

6. Participate in daily calls, sprint review calls, re- nement calls etc.

7. Create and maintain documentation for QA Processes and ensure these are followed.

8. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements, implement best practices, and contribute to the enhancement of the QA process.

9. Execute Risk Assessments and derive effective test coverage.

10. Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans.

11. Plan trainings as per requirements.

12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, to maintain the highest standards of so ware quality throughout the product development lifecycle.

13. Coordinate with Automation team for any kind of maintenance to be done for existing scripts.

Required Skills :

1. Strong understanding of so ware development life cycle (SDLC) and so ware testing life cycle (STLC).

2. Proven work experience as a so ware test engineer.

3. Experience working with AGILE and SCRUM methodologies.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

5.Knowledge of the supply chain is preferred.

6. Experience with CI/ CD pipelines is preferred.

7. Familiarity with automated testing technologies (such as Selenium and QTP) is advantageous.

8. Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.

9. Strong attention on to detail.
