Delivery Management - Mobile App Designing (15-20 yrs)

Primary Job Functions :

Technical Knowledge :

- Strong knowledge of Android, iOS, Flutter, and the Google ecosystem (including Google Cloud, Firebase, Google Play Services, etc.) with an add on experience as a Delivery Manager with a solid understanding of mobile development principles, including industry-standard practices, cloud integration, API management, and performance optimization for mobile cross-platform solutions.

- Agile Methodologies : Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).

- Expertise in the mobile development lifecycle, including release management, app store submissions, and post-launch support.

- Communication Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse teams.

- Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project management.

- Multitasking : Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

Secondary Job Functions :

- Lead Mobile Application Delivery : Manage the delivery of mobile applications across Android, iOS, and Flutter platforms, with a strong emphasis on the Google ecosystem.

- Technical Expertise : Proven experience as a Delivery Manager working with platforms such as Android, iOS, Flutter, and the Google ecosystem (including Google Cloud, Firebase, Google Play Services, etc.). Strong understanding of mobile development principles, including industry-standard practices, cloud integration, API management, and performance optimization for cross-platform mobile solutions.

- Project Planning: Collaborate with product managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

- Team Coordination : Coordinate with development teams to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

- Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.

- Performance Monitoring : Analyze key metrics to monitor project performance and ensure successful outcomes.

- Agile Facilitation : Facilitate agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

- Process Improvement : Implement best practices for mobile application development and delivery processes. Identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

- Startup Experience : Experience in a startup environment or working with cross-functional teams in a product-based organization.

- UX/UI Knowledge : Familiarity with UX/UI principles and best practices for mobile applications.

- Technical Integration : Familiarity with cloud services and backend integration for mobile applications, especially within the Google ecosystem. Integration experience is a plus.
