?Understanding the training needs, performance gap analysis, audience analysis, and develops training strategy for end-user adoption and the training delivery plan.
Work with the Sales team to understand the client requirements, develop training solution and estimate, writes proposals, and conducts what-if scenarios.
Interact with the client stakeholders and takes responsibility of leading the content development project. He/she is also responsible for developing the schedule, managing teams, managing risks, and reporting progress periodically.
Contributes towards the design and development of training material, preferably for application training.
The candidate should be skilled in learning consulting and delivery with expertise and experience in designing, creating, and delivering corporate learning solutions to meet clients business needs.
Should have conducted Training Needs Analysis, Stakeholder Analysis and Developed a Training strategy, and be aware of the latest trends in corporate learning and the future of learning.
Should demonstrate expertise in problem-solving and solutions for clients learning related needs.
