As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth, generating new leads, and building strong relationships with potential clients. You will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities, promoting our services, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets.
Your Responsibilities:
Implement strategic business development plans to expand the companys client numbers.
Identify potential clients and initiate contact to generate new business leads.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective lead generation and prospecting activities.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Understand clients business needs and challenges, and propose tailored solutions to address their requirements.
Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify business opportunities.
Provide market feedback and insights to the management team to support strategic decision-making.
Desired Specifications & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Min. 1 year of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the IT services or consulting industry.
In-depth knowledge of the IT industry, including technologies, solutions, and trends.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
