Job Description
- Leading the co-creation journey of education change programs with partners and Government officials.
- Designing simple and scalable programs and establishing effective Monitoring and Evaluation processes.
- Reviewing existing structures and processes and working with concerned officials to implement improvement projects.
- Assessing and analyzing existing government projects and devising plans to strengthen them.
- Developing a strategic plan aligned with the scope and focus of the projects.
- Comfort with frequent travel within and outside the state.
- Navigate through various government departments and foster effective stakeholder relationships and strategic partnership.
- Comfortably interact with government officials like SCERT, district/ block/cluster officers, Teachers etc.
- Organize workshops and review meetings with both internal and external teams.
- Proficiency in comprehending classroom learning dynamics and the education governance framework in India.
- Awareness of the state-level initiatives towards education transformation in different parts of India.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience , preferably in collaboration with government stakeholders or within the education sector.
- Demonstrated ability to work with government stakeholders.
- Adept at funder management, stakeholder engagement, and partnership development.
- Proficiency in reading and writing Punjabi is desirable.
- Commitment to promoting equal access to education, recognizing its significance in societal development.
- Proven ability to foster trust and collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in conveying ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Enthusiasm for staying updated on industry trends and seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth.
- Capacity to adapt and make informed decisions in challenging situations.
- Ability to manage workload efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Collaboration skills and appreciation for diverse perspectives.
- Competency in leading teams, managing resources effectively, and analyzing data for decision-making.
- Ability to identify and address challenges with practical solutions.
- Inclination towards evidence-based approaches to inform strategies. Willingness to travel as required.
