Responsibilities:

1. Leadership: The Asst/Deputy Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring that they have clear objectives and are effectively coached and developed.

2. Project Management: The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to execute on-time, on-budget, high quality engineering and manufacturing projects.

3. Process Improvement: Asst/Deputy Managers are expected to continuously improve operational processes and drive efficiency across the organization, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.

5. Resource Management: Asst/Deputy Managers will be responsible for managing resources efficiently, including manpower, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity.

6. Compliance: The successful candidate will ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, proactively addressing any issues that may arise 

Requiremments ; 

The candidates must have the knowledge of CNC machine spindle assembly, Ballscrew Assy, specially MAKINO, Brother and HAAS machines,  Hydraulic and Pnumatic Sstem, Gear box Assy

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- Proven leadership experience, with a strong track record of driving performance and achieving results.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control methods.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.

3. Equipment Maintenance and Repair: You will oversee the maintenance, inspection, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment, including CNC machines, presses, and other manufacturing equipment, to ensure their reliability and performance.

4. Safety and Compliance: Ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and procedures, and promoting a culture of safety throughout the maintenance team.

5. Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains in maintenance operations, and implementing best practices to drive continuous improvement.

6. Budget Management: Managing the maintenance budget, including forecasting, cost control, and procurement of parts and services to ensure that maintenance operations are carried out within budgetary constraints.

7. Reporting and Documentation: Providing regular reports on maintenance activities, equipment performance, and key performance indicators to senior management, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
