Minimum 2+ years of experience as CFO

• Analyzing overall business and finance data.
  • Develop regular reporting mechanism of MIS to Management.
  • Propose strategies to top management for sustainable growth.
  • Budgeting and monitoring expenses to achieve profit, control AR, AP, banking, and cash flow.
  • Monitor sales activities, and participate in price strategy to help in the achievement of sales.
  • Structuring financing for large deals, coordinate and execute relationship with banking and financing parts maintaining profitability and cashflow of the organization.
  • Building a strong accounting team, establish a cost accounting system to control services cost and gross margin.
  • Comply with accounting practice required by Indian and western standards.
  • Work with different auditing firms and ensure compliance is being met.
  • Make sure audits are carried out and reporting is done to SEBI/RBI/ any other regulatory body.
  • Take required action to maintain margins and growth requirements.
  • Overseeing Tax Planning and Compliance, Treasury Management, Capital Management, Mergers and Acquisitions.
