About the Role:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Client Account Manager to join our US staffing team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the US market, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth.
- You will work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional staffing solutions and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with US-based clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, discuss strategies, and identify opportunities.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the US market.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with sales teams to generate new leads and close deals.
Recruitment and Staffing:
- Understand client hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Screen and interview candidates to identify top talent.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including onboarding and placement.
Account Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of staffing solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
