Technical Project Manager (4-9 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Create the project plans including objective, scope, execution path, assumption, risk, schedule and resource needs.

- Deploy metric-based project tracking.

- Manage each project's scope and timeline.

- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.

- Communicate project progress to global stakeholders.

- Lead and participate in the development of project strategies and reliable technical solutions that meet requirements and inputs.

- Execute engineering change control efforts per established processes and manage the deliverables per QMS requirements.

- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.

- Help teams implement changes effectively.

- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.

Requirements:

- Previous Sustaining Engineering and Project Management experience with demonstrated success leading multi-site activities.

- Strong product development background having led the development or participated in product development projects end to end, i. e. from concept to production launch.

- Has good technical acumen, and understanding of software applications.

- Strong Communication Skills, Enthusiastic, must be self-driven, metric-focused, understands incremental delivery and the value of metrics.

- MBA with good business knowledge and experience.

- Any BTech + MBA is preferable.

- Experience in project or product management/AI Technologies.
