ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE EMPLOYEE

The following are the roles & responsibilities of the Employee as an Interior Designer of the Company:

• Single point of contact with Customers during the installation phase. This will include providing daily plans and updates on the work happening at site and handling & solving customer escalations
• Preparing POA along with specific timelines for execution of the project & use of manpower.
• Coordinating with the Planning team, design team, supervisors, carpenters, and vendors to ensure work goes on smooth at the site.
• Interacting with the Designer and the Customer to understand project requirements at the customers site before sending the project to production.
• Ensuring that unused materials are returned back to the stores/warehouse after Completion of the Project & update report to Coordinator & Warehouse in charge.
• Ensuring timeline adherence for each of the projects you are currently working on.
• Adherence to System & Process from time to time.
• Feasibility check of the customer site.
• Ensuring the material availability at the customer site.
• Ensure all the rectifications/ snags are completed before handing over the site to the customer.
• Taking Ownership of the Project during the installation stage and ensure the customers dream home is made into a reality.
• Updating the Project Status in app on daily basis.
• Analyze and guide space and design planning for implementation of interior design strategies.
• Manage designers' calendars, arrange stakeholder meetings, and maintain sample libraries.
• Conduct site visits to ensure standards and schedules are met.
• Manage schedule, metrics collection, shipping, inventory, and accounting for specified projects.
• Interact with clients, contractors, and staff to communicate and enforce project goals and deadlines.
• Identifying work front, required labor count and managing a team of 5-6 Site supervisors to ensure the timely execution and quality of each project
• Engaging with Clients during regular meetings along with the Team lead and design team
• Handle escalations appropriately according to escalation matrix
• Talking to all the concerned people in the project including the designers, Clients, Contractors, Vendors, Site teams etc. and understanding their requirements, following up for comments/approvals, conveying decisions etc.
• Doing periodic site visits, meetings with the Contractors, Vendors, Consultants etc to discuss the project plan and to review the progress, address any hindrances, bottlenecks etc.
• Updating the Project Status in app on daily basis
