About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented National Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in Bhopal. This role requires excellent coordination skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to support and streamline national-level sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging communication between regional sales teams, management, and key accounts to ensure smooth execution of sales plans and achievement of targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with regional and national sales teams to track and monitor sales performance.
  
• Manage sales data, prepare reports, and analyze trends to support strategic decision-making.
  
• Assist in planning and execution of sales strategies, campaigns, and target allocations.
  
• Liaise with internal departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure alignment with sales objectives.
  
• Support the onboarding and training process of new sales team members.
  
• Handle customer queries and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders when necessary.
  
• Ensure timely communication of changes in pricing, product features, and promotional activities to all sales teams.
  

Requirements:

• Graduate in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  
• 3+ years of experience in a sales coordination or support role.
  
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
  
• Prior experience in a similar role at a regional or national level will be an added advantage.
