- Seeking a highly capable HR & Admin Sr. Manager /
Manager to join the team and provide comprehensive
support to the Human Resources Department.
- Experience in employee data and life-cycle management
- Develop and implement HR policies
- Experience in payroll and performance management
- Knowledge of statutory requirements with regard to PF, ESIC
etc
- Eye for detail and strong communication skills
- Ability to work with team members across the levels
- Experience in Administration Management as per
organisation's requirements
- Recruitment
- On boarding and Induction - Separation Process
- Attendance and Leave management.
- Employee data Management
- Performance Management
- Employee Engagement
- SPOC for all HR and Admin related communication
- Handle employee grievances formally and informally,
forward them to concerned department and follow up for
resolution.
- Admin & Vendor Management
- Data Management from Audit perspective.
- Excellent in MS-Office
