Job Description:
- As the Sales Operations Manager, you will be the engine behind our sales team's success.
- You will be responsible for streamlining sales processes, implementing and managing sales technologies, providing insightful data and analytics, and ensuring the sales team has the resources and support they need to achieve their targets.

Responsibilities:
Sales Process Optimization:
- Analyze existing sales processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Design, document, and implement streamlined sales workflows and best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes to maximize productivity and effectiveness.
Sales Technology & Tools Management:
- Oversee the implementation, administration, and optimization of sales technology platforms, including CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), sales enablement tools, and other relevant software.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within sales systems.
- Evaluate and recommend new sales technologies to enhance performance.
Sales Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and key metrics.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to sales leadership and other stakeholders.
Sales Forecasting & Planning Support:
- Support the sales forecasting process by providing data-driven insights and analysis.
- Assist in the development of sales plans, quotas, and incentive programs.
Sales Training & Enablement Support:
- Collaborate with sales leadership and HR to identify sales training needs.
- Support the development and delivery of sales training materials and programs.
- Ensure the sales team has access to the necessary resources and information to succeed.
Territory Management & Alignment:
- Assist in the design and management of sales territories to optimize coverage and effectiveness.
- Ensure proper alignment of sales resources with market opportunities.
Quota Setting & Administration Support:
- Support the development and administration of sales quotas and targets.
- Track quota attainment and provide relevant reporting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate effectively with marketing, finance, product, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other internal stakeholders.
Process Documentation & Training:
- Create and maintain clear and concise documentation of sales processes, policies, and tool usage.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on sales operations processes and tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 6+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or a related analytical role within a sales organization.
Education: Bachelor's/master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- CRM Proficiency: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365).
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, BI platforms).
- Sales Process Knowledge: Solid understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present data and insights effectively.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
