Job Description
- Identification, engagement, building rapport, and coordinating with key stakeholders such as local communities, government departments, enterprises, financial institutes, NGOs / grassroots organizations working in the district for effective implementation of SELCO s work in the district.
- Building, nurturing, and managing partnerships and developing short, medium, and long- term strategic plans with identified partners in the district with focus on SRLM s, Financial Institutions, Enterprises, CBOs, FPOs, etc.
- Preparing and managing budgets and cash flows and unlocking finances for renewable energybased interventions through banks, MFIs, Central and State government schemes in Assam.
- Regularly organizing and facilitating training/ awareness workshops for the stakeholders/end users to develop their awareness on DRE-based livelihood solutions.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of work experience in the development sector with focus on rural livelihoods is preferable.
- Familiar in local languages of Assam is preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively within and outside the district as and when required.
