Job Description :

- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between ITSM platforms and other enterprise systems.

- Customize and enhance the Service Portal to improve user experience and functionality.

- Manage and configure CMDB to maintain accurate data for assets and configuration items.

- Develop custom applications to meet business requirements within the ITSM environment.

- Implement and support GRC modules to ensure compliance and risk management.

- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ITSM integration, performance, and functionality.

- Perform upgrades and enhancements to ITSM platforms and modules.

- Ensure ITSM best practices are followed in all aspects of system development and maintenance.

- Create and maintain technical documentation for all integrations, customizations, and applications.
