Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Position Overview:

The Office Assistant will play a key role in our daily operations, focusing on order processing,

customer support, and various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in

order processing, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.


  • Location: This position is based in our Delhi office , Patparganj Industrial Area, New

Delhi - 110092


Key Responsibilities:


  • Order Processing: Handle order processing tasks, including reviewing and processing

incoming orders, updating order statuses, and ensuring timely fulfillment.

  • Printing Shipping Labels: Generate and print shipping labels for outgoing orders,

ensuring accuracy and adherence to shipping standards.

  • Email Work: Manage and respond to emails related to orders, customer inquiries, and

supplier communications in a professional and timely manner.

  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries,

resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

  • Finding Suppliers: Research and identify potential suppliers, evaluate their offerings,

and assist in establishing relationships for sourcing products.

  • Filing Claims on Amazon: Manage and file claims for issues related to Amazon orders,

including returns, refunds, and replacements.

  • Coordination: Coordinate with various departments, suppliers, and customers to ensure

smooth and efficient operations.


Qualifications:


  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of

order processing and administrative functions.

  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), experience

with email communication, and familiarity with shipping label software.

  • Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a

customer-focused approach.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle and resolve issues efficiently, including managing

claims and troubleshooting order-related problems.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to

changing priorities.
