Senior Manager - Pega Technologies (12-16 yrs)

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Lead and mentor a team of PEGA developers and architects, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of PEGA-based solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and prioritize business needs, translating them into scalable PEGA solutions.

- Drive the adoption of PEGA methodologies, including Agile and Scrum, to enhance project delivery and team effectiveness.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PEGA technologies, industry trends, and best practices, incorporating these insights into strategic planning and execution.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring deliverables are met with high quality and within expected timeframes.

- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the exploration and adoption of advanced PEGA features and capabilities.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

EXPERIENCE : 12+ years with at least 5 years in PEGA implementation projects

CERTIFICATION(S) :

- PEGA Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) certification highly preferred.

- PEGA Certified System Architect

- (CSA) certification required as a minimum

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES :

- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale PEGA implementation projects.

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide teams towards achieving strategic objectives.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with technical teams, senior management, and business stakeholders.

- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, with demonstrated experience in applying these in a PEGA context.
