Senior Manager

Drive solution sales by creating value-based relationship with existing &
potential customers.
Lead customer projects to build their solution, Architecture, use cases,
implementation etc.
Build Assets, PoC, Platforms & collaterals to create proof points & value
propositions in Industry.
Engage with existing and potential partner to build service offering around
3rd party products.
Build internal knowledge & capability by conducting training sessions.
Manage project schedule, financials, reporting & tracking.
Demonstrate people leadership by building & managing a high performing
team.

What Functional skill you need
10-15 Years experience in Consulting, Product Management, Solution sales,
Enterprise Architecture.
MBA with strong financial acumen & customer facing communication &
presentation skill.
Innovation mindset eg. White Paper, Blog, Ideation, Journal publications,
patents, open-source contributions etc.
Knowledge of telecom Industry standards like ETSI, 3GPP, ITU, or other
industry forums (eg. OpenStack, CNCF projects etc).
Industry outlook around 4G to 5G transformation knowledge covering
Network, Infrastructure, Monetization, transformation planning, value
argumentation, 5G Monetization etc.

What Technical Skill you need
Must have worked in both BSS & OSS, in more than one industry vertical -
e.g., Telecom, Utilities, Media etc

Must have worked E2E solution architecture covering both BSS & OSS in 5G
context in at least 2 deals.
Must have experience in Enterprise & Wholesale network providers business.
BSS Skills - Charging, Rating, Billing, Roaming, Interconnect, retail &
wholesale/ enterprise billing, Product & catalogue management, Mediation,
EV Charging, TMF architecture, 5G Monetization, IoT Device management.
OSS Skills - Service Management, Orchestration, Network Slicing, Network
Management, Provisioning, Activation, closed loop Assurance, Network
Inventory, ETSI NFV & ETSI MANO.
