We are seeking an experienced WordPress Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of WordPress development, including building and maintaining websites, customizing themes and plugins, optimizing website performance, and implementing SEO best practices.

You will work closely with design, content, and marketing teams to deliver highly functional, user-friendly, and visually appealing websites.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and Maintain Websites :

- Build, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites to ensure high performance, responsiveness, and availability.

- Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet project requirements.

Theme and Plugin Development :

- Customize and extend existing WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific project needs.

- Develop custom plugins and themes where required to enhance website functionality and features.

Website Performance Optimization :

- Implement speed optimization strategies to achieve optimal PageSpeed Insights and Core Web Vitals scores.

- Optimize database queries, image compression, caching, and other techniques to improve website performance.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) :

- Apply SEO strategies and best practices, ensuring the website is fully optimized for search engines.

- Use modern SEO plugins and tools to enhance website visibility and search rankings.

Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution :

- Diagnose and resolve issues related to website functionality, security, and responsiveness.

- Stay proactive in identifying potential website issues and implementing preventive measures.

Continuous Learning and Development :

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in WordPress development, including updates to themes, plugins, and WordPress itself.

- Adapt quickly to new tools, plugins, and techniques as required.-

Qualifications :

Experience :

- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development, including theme and plugin customization and development.

- Proven experience in building and maintaining high-performance WordPress websites.

Technical Skills :

- Extensive knowledge of WordPress core functions, theme, and plugin development.

- Proficiency in popular page builders such as Elementor, WP Bakery, or other similar tools.

- Strong understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.

- Experience in database management and MySQL for WordPress.

Performance Optimization :

- Proven expertise in optimizing WordPress website speed and performance using caching, CDN, and other performance techniques.

- Strong understanding of PageSpeed Insights, Core Web Vitals, and other performance monitoring tools.

SEO Knowledge :

- Proficiency in modern SEO practices, including the use of SEO plugins (e.g, Yoast SEO, RankMath).

- Experience in applying SEO principles to improve search engine rankings and website visibility.

Problem-Solving and Collaboration :

- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators,.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.

- Familiarity with Git version control.
