Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer specializing in Financial Services Operations (FSO) to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in ServiceNow development, scripting, and system integration, with a strong understanding of financial service workflows and compliance-driven environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions specifically tailored for Financial Services Operations (FSO).

- Develop and maintain complex scripts using JavaScript and Glide API to customize platform features and automate workflows.

- Build and manage integrations with third-party systems and data sources using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications and workflows.

- Ensure the platform aligns with industry regulations, security protocols, and governance standards relevant to financial services.

- Provide ongoing platform support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

- Maintain technical documentation, configuration details, and user guides for delivered solutions.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement efforts.

Required Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

- Strong knowledge of Financial Services Operations (FSO) within the ServiceNow platform.

- Expert in ServiceNow scripting : Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts.

- Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, etc.).

- Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including CMDB, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and Workflow Editor.

- Experience with data privacy, financial regulatory requirements, and security best practices in financial environments.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fully remote setting.
