UI/UX Designer - Wireframe/Prototype Design (2-8 yrs)

Job Title : UI/UX Designer

Location : Gurgaon

We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer with a passion for creating innovative design solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a cross-functional team, including product managers, strategists, art directors, and developers. A sharp eye for detail and the ability to deliver visually stunning designs are essential.

Key Responsibilities :

- User Research & Analysis : Conduct user research, analyze data, and translate insights into design decisions that address user pain points and business objectives. Understand the target audience to craft designs that resonate with them.

- Wireframing & Prototyping : Create detailed wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas, workflows, and user journeys. Ensure designs maintain a balance between functionality and aesthetics.

- Visual Design : Develop and implement visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience. Create pixel-perfect designs and graphics that are both engaging and usable.

- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with product managers, UX researchers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design concepts are translated into seamless, functional products. Provide design support throughout the development lifecycle to ensure the integrity of the design vision.

- Design System & Guidelines Management : Contribute to and evolve the design system, maintaining consistency across all platforms and products. Ensure adherence to Apple's Human Interface Guidelines, Google's Material Design Guidelines, and other platform-specific standards.

- Client Interaction : Present design concepts and ideas to clients and internal teams, effectively communicating design decisions and their impact on user experience and project goals. Incorporate feedback to refine designs while ensuring the core objectives are met.

- Usability Testing & Feedback Integration : Participate in or conduct usability testing sessions, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to improve usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.

- Motion & Animation : Integrate motion design where applicable to enhance user interactions and provide creative solutions that solve design challenges in innovative ways.

- Time and Project Management : Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deliverables are met within the established timelines and budgets. Track progress, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with team members to meet deadlines.

- Quality Assurance : Work closely with developers to ensure the final product reflects the intended design vision, conducting design QA and providing necessary adjustments during the development phase.

Requirements :

- 2+ years of experience in a creative role, with at least 1 year in a creative agency environment.

- Strong portfolio showcasing shipped products with well-crafted, user-friendly designs.

- Expert knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Principle.

- Deep understanding of Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and Google's Material Design Guidelines, with the ability to innovate where necessary.

- Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills, both visual and verbal, with the ability to present ideas confidently in client-facing scenarios.

- Knowledge of modern interface conventions across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Web, OS X).

- Experience incorporating motion and creative problem-solving into designs.
