Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage finishing execution of Academic Project.
- Prepare finishing schedules in line with the master project plan and ensure adherence.
- Monitor and control execution of all finishing activities including plastering, painting, flooring, false ceiling, waterproofing, joinery, etc.
- Ensure quality standards, specifications, and design intent are met.
- Coordinate closely with planning, procurement, design, and MEP teams for seamless execution.
- Liaise with consultants, architects, PMC, and contractors to resolve site issues promptly.
- Manage multiple finishing contractors, vendors, and site execution teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections, progress reviews, and quality audits.
- Ensure timely snagging, de-snagging, and unit handovers to CRM/clients.
- Manage material planning and inventory to avoid delays.
- Maintain site safety and compliance as per company policies.
