Roles and Responsibilities
- Administration incharge of a 500 Cr Project site based at Raipur, Chattisgarh
- Provide Employee benefits as per entitlement
- Housekeeping & Facility Management
- Office Supplies
- Ensuring Labor Compliance for the staff and workers.
- Liaisoning with Local & Government agencies.
- Timekeeping and statutory compliances.
- Facility Management.
- To coordinate with security contractors to provide quality manpower
- Maintaining housekeeping staff/ security.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate with 10+ years plus of experience
- Diploma/Degree in Management will be more beneficial.
- Familiarity with real estate or construction sector desirable
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Power Point
