Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations:
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, and exits.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as EPF, ESIC, and gratuity.
- Maintain and update HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
HR MIS & Data Management:
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports related to headcount, payroll, and other HR metrics.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to management.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of HR data across all systems.

Employee Engagement:
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and surveys to gauge satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize team-building activities and recognition programs.
