Senior Manager - Regional Operations Manager - Shriram Life Insurance

Location Preference: Indore, Kanpur, Agra, Kolkata, Delhi

• Supervise day-to-day operations including policy issuance, customer service, renewal collections, and claims processing.
  
• Drive operational excellence through regular branch visits, audits, governance reviews, and on-ground training sessions.
  
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and identify improvement areas.
  
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations team ensuring continuous learning and professional development.
  
• Implement succession planning and talent management strategies to future-proof operations.
  
• Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
  
• Analyze and present branch performance data, identify operational trends, and propose strategic improvements.

• Demonstrate strong team handling experience with a focus on motivation, performance, and development.
