Stores Executive

• you'llbe responsible for receipt and issuing of material to shop floor in kits as perproduction plan.
• you'llbe responsible for receipt and issuing of material to one complete productionline including 3 shifts operations.
• you'llUpdate daily material transactions in SAP/WMS software.
• you'llbe responsible for coordination with production & production planning teamfor effective material feeding.
• you'llbe responsible for taking Physical Inventory as per predefined cycle.
• you'llbe responsible for Preparing various MIS like daily receipts, daily issue,daily rejection, and other desired reports.
• you'llbe responsible for maintaining stores/warehouse locations in place.
• you'llbe responsible for effective inventory control, for ensuring availability ofmaterials to meet the production targets.
• you'llbe responsible to handle team of 6- 8 permanent /contract employees.
• you'llbe responsible to maintain Orderliness, Cleanliness, 5S , Safety Standardswhile doing Store operations.
• you'llbe responsible to implement best working practices / digitalization within yourfunction

• Mechanical / Industrial / Electrical / ProductionEngineering diploma/degree.
• you've 4-5 years experience with diploma or 1-2 years experience with degree inStores, planning and material management with handling of high amount ofmaterial on daily basis
• Youmust have good working knowledge of SAP/MS Office/ Warehouse Managementsoftware etc
