Job Description
- Will receive requests for issuing or revising controlled documents (Specifications, Process Descriptions, etc.).
- Will update and maintain a database of controlled documents in Siemens Energy system of Teamcenter.
- Will coordinate and follow through with technical review team to ensure that controlled documents are reviewed and released in a timely manner.
- Will be responsible for ensuring that frequently used controlled documents are reviewed and revised or affirmed on a regular basis.
- Mustbe very organized and disciplined.
- Musthave expert-level proficiency of the English Language.
- Musthave expert level skill in Technical Writing.
- Musthave excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Mustbe able to organize tasks efficiently and work collaboratively with a remoteteam.
- Musthave some level of project management skills.
- Jobwill require organizing tasks and following through with team members to ensurethat all reviews and approvals are completed in a timely manner, hence projectmanagement skills will be beneficial.
- Mustbe able to balance and maintain effectiveness of multiple projects at the sametime.
- Shallhave experience of working in a multi-national organization.
