Senior IT Strategy Manager

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with the companys business goals.
• Lead and implement IT transformation initiatives for the adoption of new technologies and processes.
• Implement best practices for IT governance, risk management, and compliance to ensure operational efficiency and security.
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met through effective IT solutions.

Project Management:

• Lead and manage technology projects from conceptionthrough implementation and support.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensureproject success.
• Analyze existing IT processes and systems to identifyinefficiencies and areas for improvement like streamlining operations, goingLean and reduce cost.

• Develop and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of new technologies and processes within the organization.
• Cultivate a culture of innovation within the IT department, encouraging creative problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and guide IT team members, promoting professional growth and building an impactful team.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across IT and other departments to drive collective success.

• More than 10 years of experience in IT strategy, project management, transformation management, or related roles (Experience in consulting is preferred)
• bachelors or masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Demonstrable experience in an IT leadership role, Proficiency in modern technological tools and solutions
• Strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to align IT initiatives with business objectives.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of making data-driven decisions and driving sophisticated projects to successful completion.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Knowledge in enterprise architecture, IT assurance & risk management, and provider/vendor management is a plus.
• Experience with sourcing and provider management is a plus.
• Knowledge of IT governance frameworks, risk management methodologies, and digital transformation standard processes is a plus.
