Sr. Process Associate - Operational Quality Control

• To ensure processing activities are consistent and inline with the documented procedures and policies.
• Achieve agreed service levels and performance metricsassociated with Audits.
• Participate in the promotion of a work environment amongthe staff members which will encourage strong, efficient, and timely deliveryof work.
• Provide feedback to operations on trends and areas ofconcern based on audit findings, Working with Team Lead to drive improvementinitiatives.
• Demonstrates strong service delivery focus.
• Develops through deep professional know-how of end-to-endbusiness processes in the respective area of responsibility andinterdependencies between them.
