Process Expert - Purchase To Pay (German Language Expert)

Analyzes and evaluates invoices of suppliers andvendors, performs checks with respect to deliveries supplied.

Continuously performs account reconciliation,and reports on discrepancies. Manage customer communications related toAccounts Payable.

Performs invoice verification, in cooperationwith Purchasing and supplier.

Recommends and identifies reasons for invoicereduction.

Works closely with purchase managers to ensureawareness of any actions and/or problems affecting their relationship withsuppliers.

Assist Team Lead in managing invoice backlogsand AP processing cycle time and all metrics for AP. Suggest opportunities tobalance staff work efforts across SOC s to maintain metric targets for allcustomers.

Ensureproper Accounting and Controls are performed for processing activity consistentwith documented policies and procedures for each SOC .

Your success is grounded in:

Bachelor s or master s degree

More than five years of professional experience

Experience or knowledge on Global BusinessServices environment would be a plus.

Experience in SAP would be a plus, particularlyon Accounts payable/Receivables transactions.

Solid knowledge on Microsoft Officeapplications, especially in Excel

Fluency in English.

Fluency in German

Availability to travel, if needed

Ability to work quickly and effectively underpressure.

Good communication skills and ability to workwith a multitude of different stakeholders.

Abilityto work effectively both individually and within a team.
