IT Data Manager ServiceNow

• As a Data Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, integrity, and effective management of data assets within our global ServiceNow platform - in particular its CMDB. you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, define data governance standards, and drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance data literacy and best practices.

Position Summary:

• The Data Manager will be responsible for maintaining high-quality data across the platform, supporting data owners, and advocating for data management and governance. you'll work closely with the governance team as we'll as technical experts, and contribute to the strategic direction of data sourcing and usage.

• bachelors degree in a relevant field (eg, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering).
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a technical ServiceNow role
• Familiarity with ServiceNow in generals and its CMDB model.
• Good understanding of relational database concepts and data relationships.
• Knowledge of data management practices and data governance.
• Proficiency in Visio and data modeling.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a global, cross-functional environment.
