Process Expert - Record To Report (French Language Expert)

• Responsible for daily Customer/Vendor Creations and Modificationsfor 3rd party and Intra Companies requests, emergency requests (as applicable),Contacting requestors for Discrepancy resolution and providing assistance tothe team as needed for Siemens Business Units
• You will coordinate with customers to analyze the queries &resolve the issue.
• You will possess analytical skills in resolving the queries.
• Understanding of AR/AP process
• Understanding of various quality Methodologies
• You will be working with internal departments on queries anddiscrepancy resolutions
• You will be working with multiple applications/ERP s.
• To ensure adherence to defined guidelines, processes, andprocedures.
• To live lean governance and foster process improvement andsimplification / optimization measures.
• Manage escalations within defined procedures.

Your success is grounded in:

• A relevant educational / academic degree in Finance, BusinessManagement, Accounting or similar.
• Between 4-5 years of experience in Siemens or in similar functionsin other companies.
• Fluent knowledge of English, French language Write and Spoken(mandatory)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• You are flexible working for night shift or early morning shift
