Quality Manager

• Quality Manager to implement ISO 9001:2015.
• We are looking for someone to implement the range of professional Quality Standards and concepts according to defined targets and processes for processquality.

• Youcontinuously identify risks, weaknesses, and opportunities within the businessand push measures concerning mitigation of risks
• "Youensure that the PM @ Siemens processes, rules, and regulations are beingfollowed and you are authorized and obliged to stop any deviating processes andprojects
• Youenable continuous improvement within the business, and you'report directly tothe head of business
• Implementationof quality gates and measures in development, product surveillance andcontinuous improvement
• Youshall review the project quality requirement from customer tender and workclosely with proposal team during tender phase
• Supportbusiness to initiate NPS / CSAT, identify areas of improvement, implementactions for verify effectiveness.
• Youshall be the face of Quality for business and responsible for defining newprocess, update existing processes and driving all quality assurance processesfor business
• ConductInternal Audits, capture findings and drive improvement
• Supportaudits effecting the project and ensure implementation of audit correctivemeasure
• Tracking,analyzing, and performing Root Cause analysis on site NCRs
• "Takelessons learned, and best practices from previous and comparable, shareinformation with Sales and Bid team and run LL session for executed projectwith all stakeholders
• Reporting to the Head, Strategy & Sustainability - Energy,Siemens Ltd. India, you will play a key role in driving a strong culture ofaccountability, execution, collaboration, and customer focus across the SiemensEnergy businesses.

• The incumbent must have min 10+ years of experience in environment of electrical systems, panel, drives, motors and transformers etc
• Must have a quality mindset to analyze problem technically and provide optimum solution.
• Must have good application knowledge of quality tools e, g 8D, A3, 5 why, CAPA.
• Must have sound and deep understanding of ISO standard and must be certified lead auditor for ISO 9001:2015.
• Having a matured mindset in dealing with cross functional team and change mindset.
• Must be excellent in communication skills.
• Basic know how about EHS is a must.
• Good working knowledge in MS tools ie Excel, Power Point, and projects.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors in engineering/ technology with specializationin Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics & Communications
• Certified lead auditor in ISO 9001:2015
• Additional certification in quality ie lean,six sigma would be added advantage
