Senior Manager/Manager - International Sales - Technical Products Business (8-10 yrs)

Position: International Sales Manager/Sr Manager

Experience: 8 Years minimum experience of Export Sales in Technical equipment or product

Qualification: BE/ B. Tech is mandatory Mechanical or Electrical

MBA in Marketing / International business is preferred as additional qualification

Desirables:

- Should have proven track record of exploring, mapping and penetrating selected countries for company's products, solution, services and project installations

- Is accountable for creating a Country specific strategy of marketing channel and product/market/project-based strategy to garner SOB and increasing SOB and Hit rate

- Should be well versed with the Export processes, documentation and logistics and should coordinate effectively with the customer and the organization effectively for achieving on time collections/order booking/sales at designated margins

- Should be proficient in written/oral communication and in Technical Sales & Marketing ,planning and execution with right understanding about the customer's application

- Should be self-motivated, go-getter, adaptable and willing to travel internationally

- Would be accountable for maintaining good relations with existing customers, retaining them and adding new customers, market segment and products

- Should be a good learner with eagerness to update on the latest development/ changes in the market/industry

- Would be accountable for achieving the Annual/Monthly targets on a regular basis
