About the Role :

As a Senior Java Developer, you will be crucial in designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance Java-based applications. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure applications meet performance goals and adhere to best practices. You'll build robust, scalable solutions while integrating third-party libraries and APIs by leveraging your expertise in Java, Spring Framework, and RESTful web services.

Additionally, you'll manage project modules, lead a team focused on Java and Android development, and ensure compliance with corporate policies. Your role will also involve unit testing, documenting code, and translating requirements into technical designs for deliverable applications.

Job Responsibilities :

- Java Experience : Requires at least 4 years of experience working with Java.

- Remote Data Handling : Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON.

- Application Development : Design, implement, and maintain Java-based applications that can be high-volume and low-latency.

- Concurrency Patterns : Knowledge of Java concurrency patterns.

- Third-Party Integration : Experience with integrating third-party libraries and APIs.

- Architecture Design : Configure, design, build, and test the application or technology architecture components and classes.

- Mobile Development Life Cycle : Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

- Technical Expertise : Hands-on experience in Java, Spring, J2EE, RESTful web services, and Microservices.

- Spring Framework : Experience in the Spring Framework.

- Additional Skills : Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript will be an added advantage.

- Version Control : Ability to use version control software such as GIT.

- Collaboration : Collaborate with other developers, designers, and architects to ensure configuration and custom components meet application requirements and performance goals.

- Code Quality : Contribute to ensuring high code quality by performing unit testing and following best practices.

- Documentation : Document the code during development to ensure maintainability.

- Problem Solving : Fix any defects and performance problems discovered during testing.

- Status Reporting : Provide regular status of each assigned task and escalate issues as necessary.

- Design Preparation : Understanding the requirements and preparing designs for translating those needs into deliverables.

- Compliance : Ensuring compliance with corporate policies, processes, and standards.
