Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage quality operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain effective processes for attrition management, shrinkage control, and SLA management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall product quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role within the internet industry.
- Strong understanding of ATTRITION, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), SHRINKAGE CONTROL, SLA MANAGEMENT, TEAM HANDLING skills required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities simultaneously.
