SAP Basis/HANA Consultant (6-8 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and optimize SAP HANA databases to ensure high performance, availability, and reliability.

- Perform database administration tasks, including monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting.

- Implement and maintain database security best practices.

- Perform HANA Database backups and recovery.

- Lead and execute complex SAP system refresh projects.

- Plan and coordinate system refresh activities, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.

- Develop and maintain system refresh documentation and procedures.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP system issues.

- Plan and execute SAP system upgrades and migrations.

- Provide expert technical support for SAP Basis and HANA DB related issues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and business users.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success.

- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Qualifications :

Experience :

- 6-8 years of experience in SAP Basis and HANA DB administration.

- Proven experience in leading SAP system refresh projects.

- Strong experience in SAP system upgrades and migrations.

Technical Skills :

- Expertise in SAP HANA database administration.

- Strong understanding of SAP Basis concepts and principles.

- Proficiency in troubleshooting SAP system issues.

- Experience with SAP system monitoring and performance tuning.

- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems.

- Knowledge of SAP Netweaver.
