Role & responsibilities

• Implementing QC system at site, Incoming construction material test, Grouting, Concrete design mix.
• Civil Quality Lab, Soil test as per relevant IS code of practices, Field compaction test, Sub grade compaction, Handling of Batching plant
• NDT Test, Loading and unloading platform, Concrete design mix.
• 765/400/220 kV Foundation, Erection & Stringing, Pile integrity test, Core test, Cube test, UPV Test, Rebound Hammer Test.
• Preparation & Submission of Quality MIS
• Preparing & implementing detailed Quality Plans and Quality system procedures and Material Testing plans basis contract specifications and applicable codes and discussions with clients
• Quality Audit & Review of documents like cube test report, slump test report, steel MTC, cement test report, coarse & fine aggregate test report, foundation checklist, erection check list
• Ensuring Site works being undertaken in accordance with approved method statements and Field Quality Plan (FQP)
• Performing the following quality functions quality inspection of incoming raw materials and packing materials; enhancing production operations and augmenting productivity

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates having experience of handling quality for multiple nos of 400 KV,765 KV Transmission projects will be preffered
