Employee Benefits Sales - VP | Insurance Broking.
We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to lead and grow the Employee Benefits (EB) vertical across India - either as a team leader or an individual contributor, depending on experience.
This is a high-impact role with a focus on acquiring and expanding corporate relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the growth of Employee Benefits across regions.
- Acquire new corporate clients and manage strategic relationships.
- Lead and mentor regional sales teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for seamless delivery and renewals.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory updates, and product innovations.
Requirements:
- 8-18 years of experience in B2B/corporate sales, preferably in EB or insurance broking.
- Strong understanding of EB products and client needs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage enterprise relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Location: PAN India | Open to base across metros.
