We are seeking a talented UI/UX Artist with expertise in Unreal Engine and Figma to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces and experiences for our interactive projects. From concept to implementation, this role will play a crucial part in shaping the overall aesthetic and usability of our games and applications.

Responsibilities :

1. UI/UX Design : Conceptualize, design, and prototype user interfaces and experiences for various interactive projects, ensuring consistency, clarity, and user-friendliness across all platforms.

2. Collaboration : Collaborate closely with the design, art, and programming teams to understand project requirements, user needs, and technical constraints, iterating on designs based on feedback and testing.

3. Visual Design : Create high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and visual assets using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools, applying principles of design and composition to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal and usability of the user interface.

4. Implementation : Work closely with developers to implement UI/UX designs within Unreal Engine, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across different devices and resolutions.

5. User Testing : Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from target audiences to identify areas for improvement and refine UI/UX designs iteratively, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize user engagement and satisfaction.

6. Documentation : Document UI/UX design guidelines, patterns, and best practices to maintain consistency and facilitate knowledge sharing among team members, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.

7. Stay Updated : Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design, Unreal Engine development, and Figma usage, actively seeking out opportunities for skill development and innovation.

Requirements :

1. Professional Experience : Proven experience as a UI/UX Artist or Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in user interface design, user experience principles, and visual communication, particularly within interactive media or gaming environments.

2. Technical Skills : Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar, as well as proficiency in Unreal Engine's UI/UX development tools and blueprints.

3. Creativity : Strong creative and artistic abilities, with a keen eye for detail, typography, color theory, and composition, coupled with a passion for pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling and user experience design.

4. Collaboration : Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas, concepts, and feedback to cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

5. Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing design challenges and usability issues, employing creative solutions to deliver exceptional user experiences.

6. Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications :

1. Experience with motion graphics and animation techniques.

2. Knowledge of user interface design principles for VR/AR applications.

3. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).

4. Previous experience working on AAA game titles or equivalent interactive projects.
