Data Engineer - AWS (4-9 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and optimize real-time data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and minimal latency.

- Work with AWS services, including EC2, RDS, and others, to implement and manage cloud-based data solutions.

- Implement ETL/ELT workflows and optimize data transformations.

- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and stored procedures for data processing.

- Utilize Python to automate data ingestion, transformation, and validation.

- Collaborate with data analysts, scientists, and business teams to understand requirements and implement data solutions.

- Ensure data integrity, security, and governance across all data platforms.

- Implement best practices in data engineering, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and code optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related roles.

- Experience with data modeling, schema design, and performance tuning in Snowflake.

- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and orchestration tools.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and their data services.

- Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD practices.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with orchestration tools like Apache Airflow or Prefect.

- Exposure to big data technologies (Spark, Kafka, etc.).

- Knowledge of data security, compliance, and governance best practices.
