General Manager - Talent Management
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Management & Succession Planning:
- Develop and implement talent management frameworks to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees.
- Design and drive leadership development programs to build a strong internal talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to ensure effective succession planning for critical roles.
- Facilitate talent reviews and career pathing discussions to enhance internal mobility.
Organizational Development (OD):
- Lead organization-wide initiatives to drive culture transformation and change management.
- Develop and execute OD interventions such as competency frameworks, job architecture, and capability- building programs.
- Partner with business leaders to design and implement strategies that improve organizational effectiveness.
Employee Engagement & Experience:
- Design and execute engagement programs that foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee experience.
- Analyze employee feedback from engagement surveys and work with leadership teams to drive action plans.
- Implement recognition programs and initiatives that boost employee motivation and retention.
Attrition Analysis & Retention Strategies:
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand attrition trends and develop retention strategies.
- Work closely with HR business partners to address key talent risks and implement targeted interventions.
- Build predictive analytics models to proactively identify attrition risks and take preemptive action.
Performance Management & Continuous Feedback:
- Oversee the end-to-end performance management process, including goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
- Enhance the performance management framework by incorporating continuous feedback mechanisms and development-focused discussions.
- Train managers and employees on performance coaching, constructive feedback, and career development conversations.
