Lead - eCommerce - Fragrances & Lifestyle Business (7-15 yrs)

About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven E-commerce Lead (Senior Manager) to drive the online business for our growing Fragrances & Lifestyle portfolio. This role will own the P&L for the e-commerce vertical across marketplaces, D2C, and third-party channels, while collaborating closely with product, marketing, and supply chain teams to deliver high growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Business & Revenue Growth:

- Own and execute the annual e-commerce business plan revenue targets, category growth, profitability, and customer retention.

- Identify and scale new growth channels marketplaces, D2C, partner-led platforms.

- Drive promotions, new launches, brand visibility, and marketplace presence (Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, Flipkart, etc.).

Key Account & Platform Management:

- Build strong relationships with e-commerce partners and drive joint business planning (JBP).

- Negotiate terms of trade (TOT), promotions, media spends, and campaign collaborations.

- Analyze platform performance, set KPIs, and continuously optimize.

Operations & Process Excellence:

- Manage listing hygiene, stock availability, fulfillment SLAs, and partner onboarding.

- Ensure robust coordination with internal teams marketing, merchandising, supply chain, finance.

- Own cross-platform calendar for product launches, promotions, and brand events.

Digital & Marketing Integration:

- Drive channel-specific marketing plans in collaboration with internal brand and digital teams.

- Oversee marketplace ads (AMS, Flipkart Ads, etc.) and manage ROI-based spend decisions.

Compliance & Risk:

- Stay updated on e-commerce regulations, taxation, and platform policies to ensure legal and commercial compliance.

- Monitor and resolve operational or promotional escalations.

Team Leadership:

- Lead a small team (if applicable), while also working cross-functionally with brand, SCM, and CX teams.

- Champion a culture of ownership, agility, and collaboration.
