Senior SEO Specialist (6-12 yrs)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to lead and execute high-impact SEO strategies that drive sustainable organic growth. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, strategic, and hands-on with a proven track record of scaling SEO for digital-first, product-driven companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the SEO roadmap: Define and execute strategies to grow organic traffic and improve keyword rankings across markets.

- Conduct advanced keyword research and identify gaps and opportunities for content planning and optimization.

- Optimize site architecture and on-page elements including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, and structured data.

- Lead technical SEO audits: Identify and fix crawl issues, page speed problems, indexing errors, and mobile optimization gaps.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 6+ years of hands-on SEO experience in high-growth B2C or B2B environments (preferably SaaS, tech, or content-heavy businesses).

- Strong command of technical SEO, on-page, and off-page strategies.

- Demonstrated success in scaling organic traffic and building sustainable SEO systems.

- Proficient in SEO tools: GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
