Role Overview:
This role is about making sure customers get great service and that any problems they face are quickly fixed. You will coordinate between departments, handle serious customer issues, and work with senior leaders to make customer service better across all branches.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate Internally: Work with departments like Finance, Sales, and Service to solve customer issues fast.
- Handle Escalations: Be the first contact when a problem is raised by a team or branch. Ensure its resolved quickly or passed to higher authorities if needed.
- Main Contact for All Branches: Be the single point of contact for any serious customer issues from any location.
- Manage the Escalation Process: Keep the escalation process clear, updated, and followed by all teams.
- Improve Customer Experience: Find ways to make customers happier by analyzing feedback and fixing the root of common issues.
- Track and Report: Regularly report on problems received, how fast they were solved, and what could be improved.
- Work with Leadership: Align customer service goals with top management and help shape service standards.
Ideal Candidate:
- Graduate (MBA is a plus)
- 6+ years of experience in customer service or operations
- Skilled in managing urgent issues and coordinating across departments
- Great at communication and multitasking
- Knows how to use MS Office and CRM tools
- Experience handling issues across multiple offices or branches
