Marketing Head (5-15 yrs)

We're Hiring: Marketing Lead | Remote

We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead who has scaled startups and can drive growth across multiple marketing functionswhile being ready to roll up their sleeves and execute when needed.

You should have ~5 years of solid experience across SEO, content, paid advertising, social media, community building, influencer marketing, and affiliate programs.

In this role, you'll:

- Build and scale a high-performing marketing team

- Own metrics like CAC, LTV, MRR growth, and lead generation

- Collaborate closely with product & sales to fuel adoption

- Represent the brand at events and through your personal social presence

- Build the brands visibility within the SEO and marketing community

What were looking for:

- Proven track record of growing revenue and brand visibility

- Technical know-how to execute campaigns end-to-end

- Strong personal brand and active on social platforms

- Comfortable representing the brand at events, webinars, and industry meetups

- Connected within the SEO/marketing ecosystem

- Familiar with AI-powered marketing trends and tools
