Experience: 5+ Years | Education: MBA or Masters in Business, Marketing, or Finance

What Youll Do:

- Be the strategic partner to the CEO manage priorities, track high-impact projects, and ensure seamless execution.

- Lead cross-functional initiatives, collaborating across Marketing, Operations, and HR.

- Streamline processes, implement company-wide improvements, and drive execution of top-priority business goals.

- Act as the project manager for critical initiatives that shape the companys future.

- Drive internal alignment, handle stakeholder communications, and improve business performance.

What Were Looking For:

- 5+ years of experience, ideally in startup or entrepreneurial environments.

- Proven P&L ownership and a track record of business growth.

- Exceptional communication, leadership, and time management skills.

- Hands-on experience in business operations, marketing, and organizational management.
