Manager - Business Operation (7-12 yrs)

Job Summary (Simplified):

Looking for a seasoned professional to lead marketing operations and event program management. The role involves planning and executing large-scale events (physical, digital, hybrid), managing vendors and stakeholders, and ensuring smooth delivery from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategize and execute marketing and business ops

- Plan and run diverse campaigns and events (conferences, music shows, activations, etc.)

- Curate IPs, onboard partners, speakers, vendors

- Handle event logistics, crisis management, costing, permissions

- Coordinate across internal teams and external agencies

- Maintain process integrity and manage P&L

What You'll Need:

- Passion for events and marketing

- Experience managing complex programs and multiple events

- Strong operational skills, on-ground execution, and stakeholder management

- Fluency in Kannada and English

- Vendor and industry network
