We're seeking a passionate, detail-driven professional to lead regional jewellery product development rooted in Tamil Nadu's unique cultural and community insights. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, regional clusters, and vendor partners to introduce high-performing, regionally relevant assortments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Map and plan regional jewellery assortment based on culture, ritual, and customer profiles

- Lead end-to-end lifecycle management - design, launch, performance, retiral

- Develop and strengthen regional vendor ecosystem

- Coordinate closely with retail, sourcing, and merchandising for seamless rollout

- Track regional trends, conduct competition benchmarking, and identify product gaps

- Launch and track region-specific collections & seasonal variants

- Deliver on topline regional sales targets and NPI (New Product Introduction) penetration

Ideal Profile:

- 10-15 yrs in jewellery merchandising, product development, sourcing or design

- Strong understanding of Tamil Nadu's market preferences and customer psyche

- Hands-on with category planning, vendor evaluation, product benchmarking

- Proven record in managing product portfolios and collaborating cross-functionally
